On 16th January 2019, Chichester District Council Head of Planning Services, exercised his delegated power in accordance with Chichester District Council’s constitution: to approve the designation of neighbourhood areas in accordance the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) and determined that the North Mundham Parish Neighbourhood Area is approved in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended by The Neighbourhood Planning (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2015) and with section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended for the purposes of Neighbourhood Planning.
