Local author and historian, Ken Rimell has written two articles on the history of the telephone box which was in the Walnut Tree Pub Car Park from 1932 until 2023. This telephone box was removed by Tangmere Military Aviation Museum on 19th Jun3e 2023 and will in due course be on display in the museum.
