Interested housing register applicants who wish to be considered for the affordable housing development at the land South of Stoney Meadow, must make sure the district council has all the relevant evidence of their local connection to the Parish. Please bring along to the session, any evidence to support at least one of the Local Connections listed below. People with a connection to the parish will get priority. Therefore it is important you can prove this in order to be considered. There will also be an opportunity to join the housing register if residents meet the criteria below:
Being a current North Mundham resident (for at least 12 months);
Evidence: current Council Tax statement; driving licence; bank statement or household utility bill (within 3 months)
Being permanently employed within North Mundham (for a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least 12 months);
Evidence: wage slip (within the last three months) or a letter from your employer.
Having a family member permanently living in North Mundham (grandparents, parents, siblings or children of the applicant) who currently live in the parish and have done so continually for 5 years or more;
Evidence: birth certificates of applicant. You will also need to provide a copy of a current Council Tax statement or households utility bill with name and current address of next of kin and birth / marriage certificate if necessary.
Being a previous North Mundham resident who has been forced to move away due to a lack of affordable housing.
Evidence: Council Tax statement; bank statement or utility bill.
